Space-A Signup

Submit your request to create a pending travel signup.

Your request is stored first and is not forwarded to any terminal until you confirm it from the traveler email. ACTIVE DUTY: Your leave MUST HAVE ALREADY STARTED when this form is sent. RETIREES: At AMC-operated and most other terminals, your signup is normally valid a max of 60 days. At non-AMC USN locations, sometimes only 45 days. Know the location and know its situation. Complete all applicable fields. Include an e-mail address that you can access now.

When you receive the confirmation email, keep that copy with you for travel and terminal use. If you do not confirm that email, your request will not be forwarded.

If you provide an email and/or cell phone number, it's possible that a terminal will enter them into GATES (AMC's Passenger Manifesting System). Email may be used by the terminal to provide acknowledgement of a space-a travel sign-up. Cell numbers (if U.S. number) may be used by the terminal to send text notifications regarding your travel.

If accompanied by dependents, you further certify that travel is not TDY/TAD and you are'nt using space-A to transport your dependents to/from your restricted duty station or all others (unaccompanied) tour location station. For All By submitting this form you certify that no element of travel is transportation via DOD-owned or controlled aircraft is for personal gain, nor for, or in connection with business of any nature and that this trip will not result in any form of remuneration to yourself or to your family. You further certify that you understand violation of any of the above could result in billing and/or punitive action.
